The best thing to do if you want to lose weight is not to take a pill. It might help you to reduce a little weight, but it will not be long-lasting. To have any hope of losing weight permanently you need to change your behavior. Stop your bad eating habits and learn to eat a new, fresh diet, like a vegetarian diet for example. This is a far better solution than a rapid weight loss pill.
