Rapid Weight Loss - The Crazy Things We Do

A slimmer taught and toned body is not out of your reach. Thousands of others have done it, so why not you? You're worth it, don't you think?  Do not get me wrong there is some work involved and it will not happen overnight but if you put in the required effort you will be desirable and healthy.  For some though, they want it right now handed to them on a plate so they will try potentially harmful rapid weight loss programs.

Well it is not going to happen and the results will be less than desirable with a high chance you will end up being fatter than before.

The hip word at the moment for a lot of things is The 'Fast track' and weight loss is no exception to the rule, so they are after rapid weight loss.  Scientific fact here proves that yeas this practice does work it is only good for the actual time it is being implemented. Rapid weight loss more often than not only leads you down a dangerous road which will in fact as previously mentioned lead to rapid weight gain, ironic don't you think.

As you can not survive physically on a diet like this for extended periods of time you will find yourself going back to your old eating habits. You would have lost lean muscle mass on the way also and will end up replacing it with more fat.  So I hope you are starting to see that rapid weight loss is not such a good thing.

Just because you are on a rapid weight loss program does not automatically mean that you are actually losing fat, you will be losing some but more commonly it will be water and muscle. Water loss is only temporary and I am afraid you will weigh the same very quickly as soon as you consume some fluids or foods with a fluid content.  Be aware of certain diet pills because they will deplete you of fluids that your body needs to carry out it's day to day functions.  Your Body can only lose about 2 pounds of fat per week in a healthier manner and anymore is risky and counter productive.

It is quite funny what people will believe when they want to lose fat badly enough, there are even slimming soaps on the market which claim that you can lose weight by taking a bath and using then to get clean. They contain Chinese herbs and seaweed. They supposedly emulsify the fat as you clean yourself, mmmm there is not a lot one can say to that is there.

Here is another, have you heard of magnetic weight loss earrings, they report that you will lose weight fast, heal the body of pain and increase your bodies metabolic rate.  Come on people if it were that easy we would be a world of super slim, super fit and happy people. If you want to experience rapid weight loss this way you would have better luck by gnawing at one of your limbs. Can you believe that people can be so gullible.

The real deal is you are going to have to dedicate yourself to losing weight and shedding fat, if you want the body folks you will have to sweat and curb eating garbage.  The real way to rapid weight loss is to do it sensibly, do it right and do it once.
