Losing weight, especially when done rapidly, always require you to work yourself out to burn those excess and unneeded fats off your body. There are a lot of exercise programs out there, so choose what is best for you. Better yet, converse with an instructor and tell him what you want to do and what are your goals and in this way, you'll end up with the right exercise.
