Some of these so called rapid weight loss diets will tell you to starve yourself or to reduce the number of times you eat to 2 times per day but believe me you, starving yourself will only make you skinny and ugly. It will also kill your metabolism and make losing weight difficult for you which is something you don't want to do.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. It is important to be well hydrated since weight loss flushes your system. Drinking more water will also high increase your metabolic rate which inevitably makes you lose more weight.
Instead of eating 3 big a meals per day, try eating 5-6 smaller meals in order to keep your metabolism up and keep your body burning fat. Ensure you skip no meal as your body needs as much food as it can get to keep up your metabolism.
