There is a common belief that if you want to lose weight you need to hit the gym hard. People believe this because celebrity's have personal trainers and weight loss television programs. However you do not need any equipment to get a good workout. You will want to mix up your workouts to incorporate weight lifting and cardio this way you are going to get the best results possible.

There are various exercises you can do without equipment which will build muscle and lose weight these are two different exercises. You must learn he difference between a weight loss exercise and a muscle building exercise. To lose weight your exercises should be short and intense lifting high reps lower weights rather than higher weights lower reps.
